All-Access Programs

The Edward M. Kennedy Institute offers all-access tours and programs designed to be inclusive and meet the specific needs of individuals and groups.

Bags

All-access bags are available upon request to all visitors. Enhance your experience at the Institute with visual schedule boards, personal narrations, and noise-canceling headphones.

Tours

Tours can accommodate groups of up to 8 visitors, and last approximately 1.5 hours. To schedule an All-access tour or request information, please email AllAccess@emkinstitute.org or call 617.740.7000 at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit.

School Groups

All-access tours are available for school groups. To plan your visit, please email studentgroups@emkinstitute.org.

Sensory Sensitive Saturdays

On specially-designated Saturdays, the Edward M. Kennedy Institute will be open between 8 and 10 a.m. for families and individuals with sensory differences. The visit will include:
    • dimmed lighting
    • low volumes in exhibit spaces
    • quiet spaces
    • trained and caring staff
    • engaging, hands-on activities
